You should be able to lease for $2500/hunter if you know the years you won't draw. Assuming you have good ground that has been managed for years and a good history in pictures.
I posted my 240 this past year, after the NR draw on this site and AT and I had offers for the next 5 years at that price. I was only looking to lease this past year and most NR's already had a spot or no tag. But many were interested in future years.
