Iowa Shaped Plaque

Does anyone know where I can get a plaque shaped like the state of Iowa? I'm looking to mount my skull/antlers to it...and wanting it to be around 13-14 inches tall, and a proportionate width.

I've tried calling some of the awards/trophy places here in Des Moines, and all of them are wanting $70+ for something like this.

I'm not looking for any special kind of wood, and prefer to stain it myself, etc. If anyone can do this, or knows anyone who can please let me know.
