I know the feeling, I was so excited to order a fall shipment from them since they ship in the fall unlike the MDC nursery who only ships in the spring....to find out that is only for in-state orders. Darn the luck, my farm is 2 miles form the line so maybe I can get grandfathered in?

I sure wish it was that easy, but the trees have to be planting on the specified IA farm if you order in state. There are always ways around it, but it does not make them right to do.
