I upload it to photobucket first. You can set it up where you can just email the pic to photobucket and they will email you a link with the img URL
 
Make an account at photobucket, click upload at the bottom and it will give you the email address to send the pics to. When you upload them it will send you a email confirming that it uploaded. It will have a link to the pic in the email. When you go to the pic click the URL button below the pic and copy the URL that has the
tags then paste on here
 
photobucket has an app for iPhone, use that its pretty cool! works great with the IW app too
