well i got my first taste of deer hunting with a bow..went out with a guy i had meet on another site..the first day out which was sat afternoon we saw a few does and one we call it a fork buck its got a big body but his rack aint no bigger than your pinkie finger the guy i was with told me he would go 200lbs..the next day sunday started out at 5:30 we got to the woods about 6:00 they put me in this one stand to watch bareily got into stand and sat down when i hear movement still kind of dark but i could atleast see a deer not sure how big but it was a deer...a little while after that theres 3 does right in back of my stand about 30 yards..i had fun this weekend learned alot about deer rubs etc.. know i cant wait for shotgun season to open up
i may buy a bow and go next year with him again...
