Interesting...yeah i have lots of ditches so i will go check with the nrcs when i get a chance. Need to cash that one dollar check! I dont charge the guy simply because we had a real pain in the butt neighbor who poached/trespassed and having a nice/good neighbor was payment enough to keep an eye om things.
