Landowner Tag Question

We have a small group that hunts together (3-4) for the first shotgun season. One of the members has a landowner tag. I know that he can only use that tag on an animal shot on his own property, but can he still party hunt with us on another property.

If he only has the landowner, then I would have to say no.

I don't think so.. I think he would need a statewide tag also.. or at least a doe tag for the county hunted
