I have a question. I was wondering if you have a landowners tag but did not buy a statewide any sex tag is it legal to go party hunt with others even though you did not buy a state wide tag? Also you would not be on your own land when hunting?
If a landowner tag is all someone attained then they had better be hunting on their land. If they are hunting property that they don't qualify under the definition of a lanowner they are hunting illegal.
Read the landowner regs real close. With a landowner tag, you had better be in full control of the land. You can't hunt your wife's parcel, your parent's property, or other relatives land unless you satisfy the stipulations set forth in the regulations.
