License requirements ?????

As a resident do I need to buy a small game hunting license to hunt deer this fall?...... or is this new requirement only for nonresidents.... the regulation booklet is a little confusing.......

Yes--you need to have a small game license and the habitat fee in addition to the deer license, the exception is if you are hunting on your own property. Then you only need a landowner/tenant deer license.

The price of a NR deer license includes a NR small game license.
