little fuzzy thingy's

Can anyone remember what they call the little fuzzy adhesive strips that would wrap around an arrow between the nock and the feathers. Kind of looks like down feathery material on a strip and is made to increase visibility of the arrow either in flight or at the target.? I made up some sweet cedars but the colors are a little too dark and I want to enhance their visibility without making any major changes in the overall colors. Any help is appreciated
