is there anyone here from the loess hills area? i need some info on the hills

Not many deer in them and the ones that are, are tiny. I wouldn't waste my time hunting them.

Turin Buck Hunter, why are you always so concerned about what counties or parts of the state have big bucks? Go out and scout, do your homework, and you'll find some. Iowa doesn't have big bucks anymore, they all migrated down south to Missouri.

I HAVE TAKEN ALOT OF NICE BUCKS AROUND HERE. THE BIGGEST IS A 179 4/8 AND I HAVE 6 THAT ARE FROM 140'S UP TO 160. I HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK. IM JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HAS GOOD SUCCESS AROUND THE AREA THATS ALL.
