Have about an 1.5 acre section that has some sperattic cedars in it and is surrounded by timber on 3 sides and is adjacent to a 2 acre food plot. I have been thinking about changing (adding to it) it over to switch or warm season grasses. Not sure if it's worth it or not given the size. The cedars are only about 8 years old. Any thoughts or inputs?

Frost seed switchgrass and leave cedars. If you have a thick nasty spot and stay OUT of it then there is a chance a good deer will stay IN it.
