I attended a local land auction today.
124 acres 119 Tillable
83CSR2, Tiled every 35 feet
Has a creek and a waterway in the farm. Farm has some roll but not a ton.
11,400 at the auction. Was a little surprised it came in so light
Not a huge attendence, but enough people I'd say.
(Rumor is the Farm No Saled)
The look on the auctioneers/ realtors faces when everyone's hands stayed in their pockets was priceless.
8% money is definitely hurting land values.
