Morels in the snow

Swobie and I went out yesterday evening, 4/28 and picked about 10 lbs. of morels while getting hit with wet snow. That had to be the strangest conditions I've ever picked morels in.
We left a lot there that were getting too old. I feel our season is done here. Good luck to the rest of you. Jay

Heading out in the AM with my father in law. No snow in the forecast but hope to do as well as you have this year. I got 7 lbs of greys about 10 days ago and another 8 lbs of yellows last Thursday after the gobblers wouldn't cooperate.
