Morning hunts

at least 30-45 minutes before you can shoot.. that way you can get set up and let things settle down a little bit.
 
Anywhere between 1 - 1 1/2 hr on crop fields or creek bottoms. If I'm hunting a bedding area, minimum 2 hrs before shooting light.
 
I love being in my stand way early and hearing them walk around and rub trees and grunting. I'm normally in and settled 1 1/2 before a hint of light. I've had to turn the flashlight on a couple I could tell were big in the dark. Its way fun and I feel will give you an indication of the activity you will see during the day...
