Moultie d40?

I have had my camera for about 1 month. The first set was for 1 week and when I came back it was off. I put it on and the battery was 90% with maybe 30 pics. Thought it was a fluke but the next time it was off again and no pics. Any suggestions?

is the switch still in the same position? If it is still showing battery life then it sounds like your either not getting it turned on right, or someone is messing with your stuff! If you know your setting it up right and the switch isn't getting turned to the by someone, then see above comment!! GO exchange it!
