Mt. Ayr Land Auction

Anyone happen to attend the land auction in Mount Ayr this morning and know what the Decatur, Ringgold, and Union County farms sold for?

I don't think that any of it sold. I really wanted to see it sell.

It's a good friend of mine's land. I think he was on the fence to pull the trigger on a couple offers. I know he's talking to the buyers now after the auction to possibly sell (public info and he'll pay the realtor so no biggy I put this up here). Great farms, tremendous, I'll vouch for that. I was helping him mark trees for TSI on his Union farm. Now that place has potential, good gosh! Walking around there had me day dreaming, really nice and only gonna get better.

Is there a link to them? I'd like to see what he's asking for and size of farm ect. Ect.

It was auction. If someone super serious is interested in them, I can be middleman and get you in touch. I have no dog in the fight, zero. He is my friend & the ground is good but that's all I'll say.
