My son's first buck

At work yesterday while he was in the tree....

Texted him at 5 pm and told him for the stand he was in to be ready anytime from the present to dark they could be moving through there.

5:15 this buck just appeared 20yds in front of him. He took him at 10 yds broadside from an elevation of about 28 feet... figured the angle well and he was down in less than 50 yds..

Poor kid, made him wait in the tree until i could get there wich unfortunately took me an hour, he said that was one long hour...That call after the shot was great to listen too...lol love it when they get shooooook up
