Well, yesterday I headed out to chase some birds around. I made sure to grab the camera, water bottle, binocs, etc.
I get there and am putting my gear into my possibles bag and..........OH NO!!!!!! I forgot my call!
I was hot to say the least.
Whats a guy to do? Grabbed a Bic pen and gutted it. I tried it and it lacked volume but figured better than nothing. I got set up and was still cussing myself for the forgotten call, looked down and saw a corncob left behind by some tree rat. That's when the light bulb went off. :way:
Got out the knife from the possibles bag and fashioned this.
The call doesn't sound too bad and was better than nothing. Still didn't get a bird but it was fun anyway.
