New Blind

I decided to build a box blind for this shotgun season and late muzzy. I started with a 4x4 base built out of 4x6s to get it up off the ground and sides are made out of 2x4s and plywood. I put asphalt shingles on the roof to help keep water out and going to put plexglass on the windows to seal it up.

for this year im just going to sit it on the ground and then next year im going to build a new one and put it on a trailer.

Something to consider...a single pane of plexiglass WILL frost up when you are inside the blind breathing on a cool/cold morning. This assumes you will hunt out of it with the windows closed of course.

You definitely need something to cover the window openings though or you will have a wasp/ladybug infested blind on your hands too! :D

Looks good, should be fun to hunt out of. :way:
