New Covert code black ?

Purchased camera a couple weeks ago went through the process of setting it Up. Everything worked fine
Put the camera over food plot never received 1 pic. Checked camera sd card showed we had pics but never received. Tried to send pic while I was in food plot and just said network busy. Took camera down brought it home. Checked status on AT&T account everything checked out there. What am I doing wrong

where are you using it? I had a camera that ran through at&t and it worked perfect in northern iowa but when i used it in southern iowa i had the same problem as you .....no service

Eastern Kansas it shows between 2-3 bars of service. Will be on the phone with Covert tomorrow
