New Liscenses Required?

For the late antler-less season that runs from January 11-22 do I need to buy new liscenses for that since they run out the 10th?

Does anyone know if the doe tag will still be $12( I have already bought the $26 tag last fall)or does it start over with a $26 tag on the 11th ?

It will still be the cheap tag as long as you purchased 1- $26 doe tag in 05'
