Glad to have you here! Unfortunately I have little to offer but look forward to eventually selling my Iowa land and eventually retiring to southen Missouri where I can still hunt deer and turkeys but don’t have to listen to my wife complain about the horse water freezing up as much!

Cool! Your family is further east than I have been looking but I bet that area is nice!! I have an old friend who is a realtor in the Mountain Grove area and she is has been great at finding potential properties! Got it all figured out! Now I just have to live long enough. lol. Beautiful state!
