Newbie Question

Hey everybody, Newbie/Lurker here.

Hope some of you might be able to help me out.

Is it possible to get a Regualtions Book somewhere by an Outastater???


Like to have one on hand, if I have to, I will print the PDF, but Id prefer the actual book.


Most states send it when you buy there license.

Most states will send you a hard copy by mail in if you contact their wildlife department and request it. I'd try that first.
