The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has granted the Iowa State Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation a Conservation Deer Tag. This tag is a nonresident tag that is valid for either 2013 or 2014. Proceeds from this tag will be split between the NWTF and the Iowa DNR
THIS IS A NON-RESIDENT IOWA DEER TAG.
Winning bidder will have choice of deer season dates and weapon choice as available through current regulations. See DNR website for 2013 regulations. This tag is valid statewide. The winning bidder will be issued two tags, one any sex and one antlerless only.
Please note that a NON-RESIDENT can have only one tag per year. If you have currently drawn a tag you cannot use it this year, but can defer it for next year.
THIS TAG CAN NOT BE RESOLD. HOWEVER, THE HIGH BIDDER CAN REQUEST THAT THE TAG BE ISSUED IN SOMEONE’S NAME THAT DOES NOT ALREADY HAVE AN IOWA DEER TAG.
