I recently acquired some prints that came from a smoker's home. They are all framed/matted and smell like they came out of a bar. My wife and I wiped down the frames and cleaned the glass on the prints and the rags were brown/yellow/black from the tar and smoke.
A couple of the prints are canvas and I'm afraid to touch them. Is there a gallery or service in central or eastern Iowa that could clean these up for me?
Sorry this is off topic a bit but they are wildlife prints and I know several posters here are also collectors.
