oats & rye

Im still new to this food plot stuff and this is my first years attempt. So far Ive planted 3 acres in beans, about 1acre in clover and 1 acre in rape and turnips.
The clover is doing great, the barasicas are just starting to look good after the last few days of rain, And about half of my beans are looking good. The other half either burnt out of washed out in early June. in those spots the beans are really patchy and I was going to broadcast in oats and rye.
everything I read says to till first and cultipack them in. Can I just broadcast them in to the beans without doing anything els and have any luck?

Thanks.

Yes you can although I would try to time it so a good rain gets to the overseeding soon after. I am waiting for around Sept 1 and then try to get my 3 acres of beans overseeded with rye. Works great :)
