oats??

OK so here's my questoin. I have a load of oats that i combined the other week. However they are a little wet at about 18% moistue with the prefered moisture being 14.5%-15%. My question is if i were to feed these to the deer untill bow season so long as they dont start to rot will it affect them in a negative mannar as they will livestock. thanks for any answers.

Oats can get moldy pretty quick so I'd be careful of feeding them.
