pic upload question

I'm having a hard time getting my images to be the right size in the gallery. I haven't tried to paste them in a post yet, would they be bigger in a thread post? My trail cam pics all load just fine, these aren't trail cam pics. I've been resizing the images and they appear to be well under the size restriction, yet they keep coming up very small. What am I doing wrong?

Pretty sure you need to click the small picture which is called a "thumbnail" to get to your larger picture. From there you right click, highlight the link and paste it in the message. Not sure if that is 100% correct as I haven't uploaded a picture in a while.

If you want I can remote in and take over your PC to show you exactly how to do it. You can give me your cell number and I can talk you through what I am doing.
