I had the pleasure to sit in the courtroom at the Federal courthouse in South Bend Indiana and watch Houston testify during the trial. The owner of the preserve, Russ Bellar, got prison time, but the "hunters" (Houston included) got out of this free of charge. The prosecutor in the county this took place in did not file any state charges against them.

That should be called "killing" not hunting. Its amazing what the mighty dollar can do for you. I'm never going to watcha Jimmy Houston TV show ever again. My parents next door neighbor has high fences but he doesn't hunt them he sells his deer to other High fence owners that allow hunts. What's the fun in "killing". I just hope that people start to realize that this industry is actually hurting the real sportsmen in America.
