QDMA chapter in Eastern Iowa / Western Illinois?

Is there anybody involved in a QDMA chapter in the Eastern Iowa / Western Illinois area, ideally in the Quad Cities vicinity? I would like to get involved in one (or MAYBE even help start one), but want to see what is already established. Any suggestions?
