Ok, Now that we are all done with turkey what are you favorite ways to cook them up. I was considering smoking them in my Bradley smoker but looking for some tips. Or other ideas.:way:
 
A real simple one I tried a couple weeks ago, got a bottle of honey dijon vinagarette salad dressing and let it marinade for about 6-8 hours and then cooked it on low on the grill. Simple but very good!
 
My favorite is to cut the breast into strips, soak in milk, pat dry then heat up a pan of peanut oil. Sprinkle the strips with salt and pepper and then roll in flour. Next roll in beaten egg and then roll in shredded coconut. Fry in the peanut oil until golden brown. They are great with a dipping sauce such as plum, sweet and sour, or mix honey with dijon mustard....yum....
