I saw this bow the other day in Bowhunter Mag. 2005 Gear Special and really liked the looks of it. I checked around but no pro shop aroud here carries them yet.

I called Ross Archery and spoke to Doug Hutchison and got some information about them. They come with Winners Choice 8125 strings and cables. Sims cable slide, string leaches and Limbsaver Ultras. The 34" model weighs in at 4lbs. has a 7.5" BH, and has a draw length adjustment of 27-31" with an 80% letoff. They're camoed in Realtree Hardwoods HD. MSRP is $675.00.

Anyone had a look at one or shot one?

looks like a cross between a switchback, and a AR. since you would be buying it from a picture, if they would give you a 100% money back guarentee, if you ordered one and didn't like it. i'd say give it a shot, it looks like it would be good. or see if they have any dealers in iowa.
another place you could try to find info on them, is archerytalk.com

I shot one yesterday afternoon. It was only the 117th bow released from the company so there arn't very many around yet. It shot OK. It wasn't the greatest, but at the same time it wasn't bad. It looks a lot like the Mathews Conquest or MQ32. It has the best overall appearence I have ever seen. Very cool, sharp looking bow. It was for sale for $570.

I'm anxious to shoot one. It does look a lot like the Switchback like Teeroy said. The riser shape and limb design is almost identical in fact. What I like about it is that it has adjustable cams and no stinking string suppresors. I don't care a bit for those things.

What I'm curious to see is if it's loud or not, what the draw cycle is like and how deep the valley is on it. With the STS system available, or my homemade version, I'm not worried about the hand shock because it can all but be eliminated. The other things that I like about it are the price and the fact that I would't have to dump another $hundy$ into it for a good set of strings and cables. I can't stand Zebra strings and don't understand why Mathews insists on making the junk. From what I've heard from the Hoyt shooters, they're not impressed with their strings either.

What's up with these big bow makers.

The very best thing about it if I got one is that I wouldn't be in the HOYT~MATHEWS conflicts anymore.
