No need to wait. You can plant and spray in the same day, its a post emergent herbicide only.

I don't know what the 'official' or right answer is..but I've always waited about 7-10 days and have had good luck.
Some guys may say sooner but that is what has worked for me.Good luck!

Round up is a contact herbicide with no residual, so you can plant right after you spray.

If you are broadcasting or using no-till you are good to go right away. Don't till things up sooner than a week or it won't get a good kill on the roots.
