I think that is correct. I got two bags from our monsanto rep and he said that was the end of it. I think the do gooders are sueing to stop it. I don't know if it is because of the genetic traits or if they are afraid it will become invasive.

Techinically it was supposed to be planted in March or you can't plant it...how anyone would know I haven't a clue.
At any rate it's off the market for now although I expect the situation will eventually be resolved.
