Rut report

Anyone by St Charles IA. I've seen small guys out and about no big boys though. Anyone in the area seeing much going on

Live by new Virginia and hunting my timber lot at my house now, connects to cut corn. Chasing all morning by a couple 2yr olds. More going on out in the field but I can't make out the figures thru the trees. Same as you I guess

Seeing some chasing. No studs running during the day. I'm not seeing hard rut yet. Weather isn't helping either. Hopefully later this week and weekend it's on. I'll post pics of and success.

Saw a buck and a doe standing in the middle of a bean field today. Classic tending picture. A buddy of mine also saw a buck locked down with a doe, same county. Then tonight I saw a big mature buck from the house doing nothing more than nudging a doe around a little bit. He wasn't staying with her, so nothing serious.

Received several picture of bucks from a buddy of mine taken in the area of New Virginia over the weekend.
