What is best safety harness for a big guy i'm bout 6'3 300 not looking to spend a fortune but have it be safe and comfortable.

I like my Hunter Safety System vest. Their 2X/3X size is rated for folks 250#-300# and they now offer a 4X/5X for really big guys that is only available direct from HSS. It is a bit more expensive but breaking the bank beats breaking your back (and that's not meant to be funny). :way:

Also have HSS system. Works well and the pockets are nice. Can't beat it for dragging deer either.

I couldn't agree more. I have the HSS ultralight at 5'11" and 210 lbs. I convinced my wife it was worth the money for the very reason HorseDoctor says! A $150-$200 investment in a good harness sure beats having to read about you being a statistic that could have been avoided any day!
