It is wood thumb hole version- not event put together yet as the box has been opened to see it at sports authority but never had the bolt put in it. I bought the 3 boxes of 50 rounds when it was impossible to get it (not sure if it is any easier now) but the ammo cost $90 for the 150 rounds at the time............

Boy you sure got ripped on the ammo. .17HMR is the only caliber I have not had a hard time finding. Never did have to pay more then 13.99/box here around I.C. I do have that same gun and it shoots tight groups with the Hornady .17grain bullets. Love the accu-trigger!

yes - I know- I paid $24.99/box plus tax at sportsmans in Ankeny and I know its because of the craze at the time. I want to upgrade to a 30-6
