Scouting new property

I just got permission to hunt some new ground. Looks pretty nice from the aerials. I want to inventory what bucks are around with minimal disturbance. Would some mock scrapes work on some main traveled paths or just throw cameras on the trails?

Walk the edges in the middle of the day look for good funnels,fresh sign, trails, scrapes and rublines and set cameras on those.. I would also consider sit on a hill or set a stand at a good vantage point and have an observation sit some morning/evening (if you have a good spot to see the property) and then move in on the active areas...Good luck!
