Just wondered who was going to go out and endure the heat this weekend. I think I am going to try out Sat. night. It is only supposed to be 90 friggin degrees. I just bought a thermacell so I thought I would try it out. I guess it beats sitting around the house.

Like the commercial says...I figure God gave us a limited number of hunting days/weekends to hunt; I might as well use them up! Too hot....nah, what would I be thinking about sitting indoors anyway?/ Hunting!

Well.. i am dying to get out into the field... It is 3:05 A.M. as i rite this...

I played a high school football game against Mt Pleasant last nite! We won so thats a plus.. but i thought i would pull an all nighter to hit the stand early tomorrow (today) morning! Knowing me.. i wouldnt get up to my alarm becuz i would think of school! Ha.. so i am waitin till 4 rolls around!!! Im pumped.. gunna go smack a few does! Yes... i will have pictures if i get one.. dont worry!

Just got back from a morning hunt and am going out tonight too. Its hot but you cant kill them sitting inside.

Hunted a pond this evening. 14yr old I took out with me got busted I watched a doe and twins about 75yds away. They grabbed a drink and went straight to the corn.

[/ QUOTE ] I don't want to kill one when its this hot.You have to do too much work too quickly (IMHO) 92 degrees here today.I'm in the pool listening to Okla. spank Texas. Maybe go out next weekend. I have a pronghorn at the taxidermist . Life is good.

After yesterday mornings' hunt, I slept in today. I have the week off for early muzzleloader season, so I'll hunt hard that week. It's gotta be cooler then.
