SF 2053 hunting on private land

This bill would prohibit the NRC from restricting hunting on private land as long as the hunter(s) are licensed and follow all other rules. I don't think it changes any current rules or laws it just prohibits future restrictions.

In my opinion no, unless it is legal now. This is a lot like the proposed amendment (SJR 2003), doesn't add any thing just tries to prevent things from being taken away.
