Shelf life of Triple 7 Pellets

Hey everyone. I have a box of Triple 7 Pellets that is 1/4 full. It is about 4 or 5 years old. They were kept dry all the time. I'm just not sure how long they keep? I was thinking of getting another box but may just use these up first if they are still good.

How about 209 primers? I still have a few just as old as the pellets.

Also have a half can of Goex and a little Pyrodex powder i wont be using and was wondering about the best way to dispose of them? Goex is old. 10 years, and pyrodex powder is 6 or 7 years old.

Goex will not go bad. Real black powder, even if it gets wet will dry out and still be good.
The substitutes seem to start degrading as soon as you open the pack. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a consistent rate of decay so it's hard to say what shape yours is in.
As for getting rid of it, spread it out in a line and light it up.
