Short term seed storage???

I'm sure this has been asked before but I have some red clover and dwarf essex rape seed, I wont be planting till next weekend. Its mid 80's and humid here, whats the proper storage, cool basement?? Fridge??

Lots of basements are really MOIST, I put some seed down there with a dehumidifier.

Here's that question on steroids. Got some unopened seed bags from last year. They've been in a bone-dry storage cabinet in my basement. Is this stuff good to go for this year, or a loss? Any thoughts/advice would be appreciated!

I asked a guy at my local feedstore about rape seed stored in a 5-gallon bucket with a plastic air tight lid. He figured rape would lose around 10% germination a year.
