Shot a decent 10 pointer this year. He won't score with my 180 from last year, but I'm extremely proud of this mature buck, but mostly I think it was my best shot placement on a deer in recent years. He came across a bean field for 1/2 mile and turned away from me...but after two grunts he came back across a ravine and strait in to me. Shot him at 30 yards quartering slightly towards me. Was a great hunt! To add to the fun..I was hunting with a buddy who usually hunts with me...for the first time in one of his stands lol
