Silver and gold - physical, or mining stocks?

With any of these investments one has to consider whether your investment is actually appreciating or merely increasing in "value" versus a depreciating a dollar. In other words, compare that acre of tillable, bitcoin, barrel of oil, etc. to an ounce of gold or vice versa. I am personally seeking to diversify as much as I can as we are quickly heading to unprecedented times in that the federal debt levels are going to start to matter. There is no solution to this problem that doesn't result in massive changes to our financial system. I would say that substantial inflation is guaranteed, but a recession or massive efficiency gain from AI, could be deflationary. Perhaps these offset each other in some way? All that being said, I am betting on gold to be at $10K an ounce within 3 years.

I’m not getting what you are saying ? So if tillable goes up and gold goes up more, it’s not a positive because the value of the dolkar has deceased slightly ?

You will have to explain your reasoning on this ?
