Sitting in the stand with my little girl!!

It's the 2nd youth hunt in MO this weekend. I am sitting in a stand with my 11 year old daughter. This is what it's all about. This is her 3rd year of hunting. She hasn't harvested a deer yet but we have had some great experiences. Last year she got to watch a bobcat put a stalk on a coon that was feeding in a field 20 yds in front of our stand. That was pretty neat and something probably many hunters have not witnessed.

We have a cold front and snow moving in tonight so I am hopeful that we see some deer movement tonight!!

We saw 4 does this morning but didn't have a shooting lane. Back in the stand now. Wish the wind would die down a bit but she is being a trooper.
