With this snow coming I would hope that all of you muzzleloading and traditional archery hunters will be out there harvesting a few cottontails. We aren’t likely to get many more chances at them this year.

And wouldn’t it be cool to harvest a coyote or two!

Don’t forget to take some photos. Good Luck!

Bunny hunting with a front stuffer is a great way to spend more time in the woods. Be it modern gear or traditional.
Personally, I like my rabbit fresh! /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cool.gif

i fletched up a few arrows to use these bad boys on last week, just hoping for a little dusting of snow.
(i'm afraid they just might not be going to be launched from a trad bow)

Today is the last day of the cottontail season here in Iowa. We have approximately 5 inches of snow here in SW Iowa. I think I will see if I can manage to harvest a few more before the season ends. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
