southern iowa corn food plot

we have some land near derby, iowa... that is like 6-7 miles south of lucas. can anyone here help us find someone with a tractor and planter to help us out? we want to plant like 5-10 acres of corn depending on how much it costs.

You might check with your nearest grain elevator/ag supply and see who farms ground close to you. Many large farmers don't want to monkey with something like that but perhaps a smaller farmer might.

Another option might be to check with the local Pheasants Forever chapter as PH also has habitat folks that do wildlife plantings.
