Good article, we were deer hunting up around Webster City on a public hunting area when the farmer who's property adjoins kept coming out and yelling at us not to get on his property, then he'd get on his tractor and drive along the fence line about every hour to make sure everyone knew he was watching. Got so bad he would even come into the Public Hunting area parking lot and get obnoxious...we knew where his property was and made sure we were on the correct side of the fence, had no intentions of violating his property rights. After about 3 days of this we finally met him at the fence and informed him if he persisted we would seek to have charges of Hunter harassment brought against him....he kept his distance and acted a bit more mature after that.
