Steaks and madallions

mmmmmmm. My buddy is stacking up the city slicks and they are good.. I'm in the process of one now... The back hinds and 2 straps have made 29 steaks, 2 10" smoker straps, 25 strap madallions,4 coconut steaks, and around 8lbs of stew meat.. Jerky cut'n is next up.

Half the deer VACUUUUMED sealed and ready for the deep freeze..Half to go!
